Attend an introductory lecture: allow 90 minutes by appointment at the centre Transcendental Meditation Cape Town, or via Zoom.

Personal Instruction

After the Introductory session, to do the course requires 4 sessions of approximately 90 minutes each on 4 consecutive days.

Session 1 is always person to person at the TM Centre as TM is always only taught one-on-one.

Sessions 2, 3 and 4 are done with a combination of short Zoom or WhatsApp video sessions and streamed digital media using a free app downloaded on your cell phone.

Session 2 can optionally be done 1 on 1 at the TM Centre by special request.

The cell phone app also provides several useful support functions for use after learning.
Including a timer, a library of talks and informative articles and FAQs.
